Diwa Ok folio

Folio note · Trouble

A torn leaf is mended in the app, not in the folio

A failed save, a missing code, or a payout that stays pending is handled in the installed Diwa Ok app. This folio cannot see the case.

Name the torn leaf

A half-saved package, a code that never arrived, and a pending payout are different leaves. Name one before you write.

Replace the package only when the app asks, and only from this host. A delay is not that request.

The thread you open is the one that counts

Start help inside the app you installed. Someone who writes first, even quoting the pending sum, is not that thread.

Send amount, time, and reference. Leave out a PIN, a code, and any photo of a card.

The folio has no ticket drawer

Writing to this host does not open a case inside Diwa Ok. We cannot sign in as you or release funds.

If money left an account you did not mean to use, tell that bank as well as the in-app thread.

A request for a secret closes the book

When someone wants a one-time code or a UPI PIN to mend the leaf, stop. Return to the status screen.

Delete a leftover installer so a later tap does not add a second file.

Torn-leaf questions

Can the folio chase a payout?

No. There is no wallet access. The in-app thread is the request.

They knew the pending amount. Real support?

No. End the contact and use the help control you can see.

Reinstall to mend a pending payout?

No. Update only if the app asks, from this host.

Will you print a reply-time promise?

No. Any clock is inside the app, if one is shown.
